Send bug reports to the new help desk email sunshinehelpdesk@oregoncountryfair.org. Remember that the Sunshine team doesn't do policy; contact the management team if you want extra passes or lime green tofu.
The help desk is not a substitute for your Coordinator or Booth Representative; they're your first line of support for non-technical issues. If you email the help desk asking how to get an account sign-up we'll just respond by telling you to contact your Coordinator of Booth Representative so please start there.
Coordinators can now do Teen Crew Requests. Log in, click the ⓘ by your budget line item, and then select the Teen Crew Requests tab. Yes, we know that the tabs are ugly and that it's hard to tell whether or not buttons are pushed so don't report those as bugs.
Teen Crew works a bit differently than before in that Teen Crew decides in advance which crews can ask for teens. Contact Teen Crew if you're not seeing a Teen Crew Requests tab but think that you should be able to ask for teens.
We're not ready to take money yet. A lot of the stuff to make the site easier to use will roll out in the next couple of weeks.
